Advocacy Committee
Mission
The Advocacy Committee executes, produces messaging and information regarding legislation and public relations to advance and promote interior design as a profession. Focusing on legislative agenda, grassroots efforts as well as coordinating with all sections of the chapter, the Interior Design Consortium and IIDA Headquarters.
What We Do
- Develop and distribute content for membership to engage their legislator
- Plan Capital Events
Some of our other responsibilities include:
Lead recurring Committee meetings (bi-weekly).
Committee Commitment:
Year-round with a break in Summer
