IIDA NY Equity Council | Action Lab Launch Pad

This event is open to all who want to learn about advancing the work of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) in your firm or organization. This informal event will inform attendees about the IIDA New York Equity Council’s work and resources and share how the Action Lab Series can help you enact or continue JEDI efforts within your organization

The Equity Council’s 2024-25 Action Lab series will have a special focus on identity in the workplace as we explore the multiple layers of our identities, their intersection as well as how they are perceived and received.

Join us on this JEDI learning journey as we continue taking action toward building a more equitable design industry together.

Attendees are encouraged to invite senior leaders and other colleagues who could influence and support a JEDI project.
