Join us Thursday, October 20th for an IIDA Buffalo x AIA WNY x ASHRAE Niagara Frontier joint event where acclaimed teacher, author and etiquette consultant, John Bourdage, will teach participants the essential skills that focus on developing and strengthening interpersonal relationships during social interactions.
