Forum & Gatherings
The IIDA NY Forums and Gatherings aim to unite the interior design community while fostering engagement across various facets of our diverse industry. These events provide a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among professionals passionate about shaping the future of interior design.
Civic Design Forum
The Civic Design Forum seeks to provide members with a venue with which to discuss the latest trends and design concepts, as well as disseminate knowledge through education, resources and communication. We support design professionals in the challenging and rewarding field of Civic Design and act as a source for exploring methods of design and innovation, which create positive, effective environments.
We hold 1-2 Civic Design Forums and/or Tours each year.
DEX NYC® Forum
Provides a platform for open communication between leaders in the design industry with creatives in alternate fields. Each year IIDA DEX NYC® holds a round table event which emphasizes the cross pollination of design disciplines in an engaging, communal setting. DEX NYC® challenges designers of all trades to connect with creative professionals and exchange bold, new ideas and objects that push the creative boundaries of design.
We hold the IIDA NYC® DEX round table event each year.
Healthcare Forum
The Healthcare Forum seeks to provide members with a venue with which to discuss the latest trends and design concepts, as well as disseminate knowledge through education, resources and communication. We support design professionals in the challenging and rewarding field of healthcare design and act as a source for exploring methods of design and innovation, which create positive, effective healing environments.
We hold 1-2 Healthcare Forums each year.
Hospitality Forum
The Hospitality Forum seeks to provide members with a venue with which to discuss the latest trends and design concepts, as well as disseminate knowledge through education, resources and communication. We support design professionals in the challenging and rewarding field of hospitality design and act as a source for exploring methods of design and innovation, which create positive, effective environments.
We hold 1-2 Hospitality Forums each year.
