In this session, REP will recap lessons from Equity Council’s Lunch series and the recent Action Lab series to help participants understand what organizations are doing and can be doing to create more supportive environments for addressing equity concerns.
Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss (in small groups) their own progress and challenges – and get feedback for taking actions from wherever you are.
