HEALTHCARE FORUM: SIGNALS FOR THE FUTURE

New YorkNY

5 Ideas to Transform Health and Healthcare

“Never mistake a clear view for a short distance.”Our industry’s approach to health and healthcare continues to evolve rapidly in response to myriad complex, adaptive challenges. The constant change in consumer expectations, housing instability, achieving health at a population scale, and discovering new platforms for service are all examples of problems that require different ways of thinking. These challenges aren’t frivolous or small, nor are they impossible to unlock. Too often though, our mental models and assumptions get in the way. We must take a different approach to cracking them – an approach that is disciplined, radically collaborative, and creative. This talk will outline a range of big ideas across multiple domains (personal, community, societal) that promise to create a future for healthcare that is more affordable, easier to use, and on-par with the service we experience in other facets of our lives.
